there was onion ,leeks,carrots chick peas lentils barley.<br>
The best recipe I tried was the quiche in the book written by J Edwards(apicius) the inside of the pan was thickly layered with green beans then there was a egg mixture with herbs (meat)then a layer of green beans then a layer of egg mixture and you cooked in the oven for 30min s then when it cooled it set firmly if you would like to have a go Ill send you the exact weights as I worked them out by trial and error but I would highly recommend you try it.<br>
