Caesarius of Arles belt and buckle

Could anyone point me towards any scholarly literature on the belt and buckle of Caesarius of Arles? My apologies if this has been discussed before but I couldn't come up with anything in a search of the site.

Thank you, this is a great help. I bought that book this summer, but haven't had a chance to delve into it yet. I'll check it out when I get home.

BTW did you or anyone else out there in RAT land happen to see the exhibit at the Louvre last winter "The relics of Saint Caesarius of Arles." I guess the belt and buckle were on display there. I'd be curious to know if any sort of a catalog was published for it.
