Forum for Ancient Reenactment

Can I get that emoticon too please??

I tend to have to agree with Matt on this.
I don't personally know the individuals, apart from on here, but the whole thread seems to have been an attempt to air publically on this forum, a grienvance against Matt.

Now, I know I have been requested to refrain from airing 'Justified' grievances against certain individuals on here, which is the only option when people edit your posts on their own forum to back up their false accusations, before banning you, and refuse to respond to E-mails, etc so I think this thread should have been removed immediately at the start, if that is the same rule to all of us, Moderators, or else the warning to keep our issues off RAT can justifiably be ignored by all!

So, instead of knocking Matt for defending himself, perhaps the original poster should have a slap on the wrist too?

There is nothing to be gained by "you're a meanie" "You're a meanie too!" posturing. Think Kipling's "If". Please try to rise above petty sentiments.

Oh, I don't think I succumb to petty sentiments... Wink

Seconded. While I can't fail to notice that the post on the other forum is also not very friendly, it's not on this forum so it's no concern of ours. The rest is a personal conflict, not worthy of any space here.

Good luck with moderating Matt. A forum can be a source of headaches but also of much joy. I wish you much of the latter.
