If nobody else responds (there are no good images on the web, although it looks as if Bill Thayer might have some: see herewhere there is a reference to some exterior views, unfortunately not yet linked) then I have recently scanned a slide of it as part of my program to convert all my images to digital. It is not my photo so I cannot publish it on the web, but I can let you have a copy if all else fails and you are desperate to see it.
