Really cool stuff.
I wish some one would start a comic book series of some hero with you guys as artists. Maybe Scarrow would be interested?

If I am not totally mistaken, some of Igor's art will be appearing in Ancient Warfare soon... At least that's what I think I heard...

Igor, can you tell me what influenced your choices for the ctaphract picture? I am wondering about the lorica of the central figure - scales on a musculata? What is that metal plate on his shoulders? Also, I wonder about the pteryges of all riders, they look like the fringed edge of a subarmalis? The helmets look especially great, and I like that the second cataphract is using his spatha, instead of yet another lance. Great drawing!

Thanks for the link Claudius!
These figures look great and will certainly work for well with the force I am trying to put together with my grandson. It appears as though the box contains a Century -- almost man-for-man, and the sculpts look to be of the same high quality this company is known for. I will be interested in how the 1/72 Site ranks them, however I think these are a definite "add" to our army. Thanks again for the link sir -- point to you. Narukami

Quote:Igor, can you tell me what influenced your choices for the ctaphract picture? I have to chose information so that it depends on figures which complected in the box, so sometimes it can be some historical badnesses. The armour with shoulders on the central figure is from Dura Europus, mid-3 rd century AD. But I consider that armour of other riders was with the pteryges.

bought some of these miniatures last week but a bit disapointed with the amount of flash and the lack of face detail.
The box art and illustrations however are stunning!!! 8) 8) 8)
