There was a case in the U.S. recently of a man fleeing police. He was carrying a knife, panicked and cut off his penis and threw it at the police officer. It hit the officer in the face. I don't think thats something the officer will probably ever live down. Who would think of cutting off his penis and throwing it? He has a knife, why not throw that? He definately could plead insanity thats for sure.
Forgot to mention that they sewed it back on. Too bad. Do you really want someone like that breeding?
