Gentlemen, perhaps it would make sense to organize a private camp to meet each other on a private ground?

Interested yes. Suggestions? Place, time, money? For a budget of X (PM me) we can offer a Late Roman event to any organiser who's willing.

And that was what i ment not. A budget is for me something "official", to pay people money to do their hobby is just a thing of events with public character.
A private camp on a private side, where the hobbiiests meet each other and do their hobby, "beeing roman".
No one will be paid for it, perhaps the people decide to collect money for food instead everyone bring it's own, and perhaps there must be money collected for the campside.
That's quite usual in other scenes.

But it would be a chance to meet each other this year, while it seems most events are canceled.

Like i said, it's just an idea if the groups woant to meet each other (without pressure).
