Interestingly, if you watch Richard Egan in 'The 300 Spartans', you
can see him visibly wince as he prepares to speak this line.
Probably, having been told the real translation, he was embarrassed
at what Greek speakers watching the movie might think.

I was wondering if Gerard Butler's tougher-looking Leonidas was
going to sound tougher, also. After all, Demi Moore said it in the
movie 'GI Jane'... 8)
