Somewhere on the Katami Darmacy Boards (KDBers) There is someone looking at this board and saying...

Quote:For Mithra's sake!! Is this legal?!?!?! Confusedhock: Confusedhock:

or whatever their equivalent of "mithras" would happen to be.

This is the best evidence against evolution I've ever heard. If these tendencies were weeded out, how did they get here?

Quote:Ok, when is the first Anime/Roman crossover event?

tlclark - Already beat you to it. there is a Sci-Fi/Fantasy Con here in Boston called Arisia ( www.arisia.org ), and the last 3 years I've gone in my Roman gear...Well...actually to do demos with Higgins Armory...But also to just poke around (pun intended) and cause trouble...Esspecially with Stormtroopers from the 501st New England Garrison Star Wars group. Always a good time with them....Major photo-ops Big Grin

I was also at AnimeBoston during Memorial Day weekend, and saw only 1-2 Katamari costumes....thankfully.... The goobers and nerds with Naruto headbands far outnumbered even a full-strength Legion...it was bordering on annoying.

Of course, why are you guys paying attention to Katamari costumes? the *real* fun at Anime and Sci-Fi/Fantasy Cons is to go see the chicks in slinky outfits!

Once considered going as a borg to a trekkie convo in Vegas. Like all things time and money intervene.

They seem dedicated, that's for sure!

I bet you'd have a better chance in a Roman costume than these guys!!

Thanks Dudicus!
