I think you forgot Russian-- they're usually like the most evil of evil!

In American cinema, Russian men sound like soldiers (warriors) or spies. Russian women (I'm happily married, so this is not "flirting")... sound sexy.

Sexy, but mostly bad..
Foreign criminals in movies are often Russians (where once the were German) or Asian. Japanese bad guys are falling out of fashion, but 'bad' foreign business organisations (To be set apart from 'bad' religious organistaions who are more and more 'arab' terrorists), are mostly Japanese..
'Bad' foreign military are more and more Chinese.
Bad scientists are still very much German-accented.

Or catholic priests. The last decent catholic priest I saw in a movie was in the Exorcism.
