launching Romandays.org

I have just set up the web site [url:264pyxkj]http://www.romandays.org[/url] to help publicize Roman Days type events in north America. Not everyone has their own domain, and I thought it would be useful to see if having one domain would help the public find events whereever they are.

This site is draft and crude, but I would appreciate comments. Currently the site lists the Legio XX RomanDays in DC, and RomanDaysNE in New England. Be glad to list you; give contact info and a picture if you would like.

La Wren's Nest has posted that Roman Days Northeast 2006(Woodstock,CT) has been canceled. Does anyone have information on when it may be rescheduled? Thanks-AL

It looks like the New England folks are organizing around the loss of LRN. It is hard to pick up when someone else has done all the admin work, but you learn. I still think we need a FAQ on setting up a Roman event.
