Ah thanks! The plan as explained does contain some very worrying aspects, ones that caused the initial bankrupcy of Archeon, but perhaps these are just for publicity sake and best left undiscussed.
It does seem a lot of money to have to pay for a disused wasteland, though. I do hope they get the price down a good bit.
