Have to say, I was particularly impressed by Jurjen's dedication, schlepping all that way for just the one day.
A pleasure to have them both there.

Ben, IF it happens again, it won't be for another two years (this was a sequel to the 410-2010 event we put on at Old Sarum 2 years ago).
I told you it was, on months ago. I'll send you a signed invite next time....and a reminder.

Thank you very much for the invitation, Matt!
For us Ostarliuti it was a very enjoyable event. And very well organised, too. I can only learn from that. It was good to meet old friends and make new ones, and I will gladly come again. The long journey was worth every single mile.
Cheers,
Stefan

Thank you for coming Stefan; it was good to have you all there and your two wagons made a brilliant contribution to the Living HIstory display. I'm still amazed that you got them both there.

Looked awesome people.....
I was battling the dust storms in the desert... which was interesting and challenging at the same time... Looks like you had better weather than we did in the Black Rock Desert.
Looking forward to attending Marle in Frankish kit in 2013

we had a fantastic time as the Britannia Onagar crew. best weekend of launching missiles so far. we've repaired the onagar and have hit ranges of 200 yards and even managed to land one of our missiles on the shield wall. hope to have a better hit ratio for next time.
