Ok Guys,
here's another my work... I hope accurate 8)
All measures: length, width, thickness are identical to the originals ...

Nice work! I must say though, that is quite a number of buckles. I noticed you made a number of rings as well. Are you equipping a whole unit of mid second century AD re-enactors by any chance?

That is exceptional work, your rings were as well. Do you have a home foundry as well? Are you using sand-casting?

Absolutely not foundry and nothing complicated or expensive ... I'm just a student and this is my hobby ... I can not afford equipment Cry

I use a simple forge coal and graphite crucible for melting metal.
Do not sand-casting, but investement .. sand is much simple! It is theoretically simple, but I noticed that there are dozens of variables and it takes a long time to learn!
