Bryon, there is another chamfron with feathers that is present on the balustrade of the temple of Athena from Pergamon as well. It is present in a lot of the illustrations Sekunda uses and I think showed up in RTW. In EB1, it was used in a lot of units as well, albeit without the fine details present on the relief.
