Hello

I have NO idea what I am doing in August yet but I am certainly very interested in your well experiment. I spent the Spring of 2011 helping to re-construct a water lifting wheel based on evidence from excavations in London

I have also been researching the water lifting wheel in the gold mines at Dolaucothi (Luentinum) in Wales (photograph shown is the wheel not at the correct scale, second photograph shows the fragment of wood from the site and indicates a MUCH bigger water lifting machine).

I would very much like to hear more about your experiment!

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, Merlot in one hand, Cigar in the other; body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "WOO HOO, what a ride!
