Legion I Adiutrix

I'm wondering which literary source refers to the legion I Adiutrix's foundation under Nero from the Misenum Navy as I know Cassius Dio attributes its foundation to Galba.

Nobody specifically says Nero raised I Adiutrix, because he didn't. The legion was formally founded by Galba. Tacitus, Suetonius and Plutarch (the other two sources) report that Nero raised a unit of soldiers from the Misenate fleet, who, after being (partially) dispersed by Galba were converted into I Adiutrix.
