Forgive me if this has been raised already, as I cannot find it.
But this is quite an interesting book, which sofar has given quite a good perspective on this campaign.
I haven't read it all yet, but it is definately worth the read, I believe, if you are at all interested in this period.
I certainly gives a broader perspective of the whole period, rather than just the footnote it usually gets.
