I cannot picture anyone wearing the first piece of junk unless its for a goofy looking team mascot. It goes to show every country has its own little "five minutes and I made a helm for sale, buy it its historically accurate just like the midevil people wore" places.
Waddaya mean? It goes fine with those tartan handbags....
boy, some people just have no fashion sense.....

It appears that customers who bought that helmet also bought the Intercissa helmet, earrings and a plaid corset as well!!!

Forgive me as I'm not overly familiar with Roman kit yet but does the Tassled Beanie with Matching Gloves go over or under the helmet?

You know I was wrong. The helmet is a universally good buy. Made to go great with a kilt, Conan style furry britches, or modern day assless chaps. Who can go wrong?

You know Hugh I was kind of thinking the same thing, but decided not to comment. Not really a good version of either though. I haven't seen many pieces with longer cheekguards. The cheekguards look so long you may as well call them a side neckguard.

The question is not "Sutton Hoo?". In this case it's "Sutton Why?".
