In Spain, since five or so years ago started those things, but here are "medieval markets" so they don´t hide the intentions of selling you chocolate, pies and parfums. And learning history with the "X Vs Y" tournament. I had stop going to those things, after I became bored/embarrassed/confused/ berseked :twisted: after the "historic" displays....and to say, the knights of the video are better than any I have seen.
In our fencing club we have done a couple or so shows, the last one yesterday. I died after 45 seconds of fight roll: ) for TWO minutes of fight.. We train how to kill the other, or if you cannot, we run. Fighting for more than a minute, well, it´s a time loss.
But it´s a way of paying your gambax and pauldrons...
