Late Roman Cavalry - A Trio of Articles
#1
Hi,

For several years Comitatus in the UK has been working towards gaining its own cavalry arm, and twe have finally achieved this (difficult!) goal. Here are three articles, finally completed, by John Conyard, who has masterminded the cavalry project, detailing the questions, the problems, the conundrums and some of the solutions!

Article 1

Article 2

Article 3

I hope they prove useful or informative!
~ Paul Elliott

The Last Legionary
This book details the lives of Late Roman legionaries garrisoned in Britain in 400AD. It covers everything from battle to rations, camp duties to clothing.
