As for the macho sailor dude - didn't Jesus tell his disciples they should become 'fishers for men'?

I suppose I should add that this image and many more like it can be found at www.thebricktestament.com - apparently an attempt to instruct unbelievers in the truth of the Bible using, erm, Lego... some truly bizarre stuff, even if (I suspect) not 100% serious...

Track the pick to its original web page and... keep your sanity!
It\'s all an accident, an accident of hands. Mine, others, all without mind, from one extreme to another, but neither works nor will ever.

If you're actually up there in the sky right now, I just wanted to thank you for creating insane, whacky people. You've given me a never ending source of amusement!
Magnus/Matt
The Lego Web Site is currently taking a poll on ideas for new and revived playsets.

There have already been quite a few submissions and vote for sets dealing with Ancient Rome. If you are at all interested you might add your opinion and vote for Rome. Who knows, may be Lego will get it right (well, a right as little bricks can be) or at least imaginative.

Which of the LEGO websites has that poll you're referring to?
Go to the main Lego web site (lego.com) and click on My Opinion -- they will want you to sign in (which will take a minute or so) then you will see several options one of which is the current survey for new ideas.

You can also get to the actual survey directly by somewhat indirect means. Go to rebelscum.com and look through the 'latest news' reports. You will need to go back a couple of days and you will find a topic header about the Lego poll and a direct link to it.

Hope that helps!
These look surprisingly good.
Playmobile is doing exactly what I have been suggesting to Lego that they do -- all for naught. They could go even further of course, but Playmobile has an amazingly broad selection that many kids should find appealing.
In fact I would not be at all surprised if these sets do not find their way onto a few war game tables. The perfect size when conducting 'large battles for little hands.'
Are these Roman sets in general release already?
Thanks for the pixs Valerius.

Yes, they keep doing that, in their old Romans as well as their new ones...
Seems they don't really know what they're doing.
