Yes, the karma system makers (finally!) released a patch to fix the problems. It is now back. Anyone with at least 3 positive karma and 50 posts can karma others once every hour. I've also replaced the word 'karma' with 'laudes' again.

Ah, so now all I need to do is earn a few more "laudes" to be able to give someone else a point. But I had plenty before .... My karma has gone up in smoke ....
