Totally AWESOME Tony!!!

I was thinking of using a router for my Parazonium scabbard (my current project) and sandwiching two sheets of 1/4 inch aspen together but, your way might be neater and actually a better way to go.

You're setting the bar rather high on sword making ya know!!! Too cool! 8)

I have to go back and really touch up my Parazonium handle now just to keep pace with you!!! (but, I think I'm still about a mile behind!!!)

BTW: what are you using on the handle of your sword to finish them off/protect them?
Vale!

Thanks Magnvs for the complement  its what I like to mess around with, making something from nothing Big Grin
Antonivs thanks also  to answer your point, for the moment I have put a light coating of lacquer on, I still thinking of final finish of the 10 swords.I might use leather on some handles, wood for others I can easily remove the coating,I use it just to keep the wood clean since they get well handled. Thanks again Big Grin D
