Now it's the turn of the phalerae.

First, made it tourning a piece of nylon, and carve the niello decorations.

Then, i have made a silicon mould.

Some phalerae are needed for each horse. Think each phalerae need 4 connectors, etc...

Thanks, all.

The silvering is made by electrolysis. The enamel is a epoxi bi-component cold enamel.

I hope to finish it in the next week. More pictures, then.... :wink:

Well. I have finished the set. Only rest to put in the leather and adjust to the horse.
