Equipment of the Macedonian to Numantine Wars
#18
I was wondering whether anyone can add to the opinion about the currently available swords. I'm considering going for the SW137 )http://www.armae.com/antiquite/glaives_s..._SW137.htm), or the AH4215 sword, with the trilobe pommel I was hoping someone could explain why the latter has been taken out of the catalogues of Armae e.a. Is there something wrong, with the manufacture or historical accuracy?

Many thanks for any replies.

I've done a brief review on the Montefortino here: http://www.romanarmytalk.com/rat.html?fu...246#297348. I'm pretty happy with it, and with my still rather limited experience, find it well worth the price. I still need to add some lining and padding, though.
