ID of a Monument

I did some more research. This seems to be the monument that either King Bocchus dedicated to Sulla and the Roman people to commemorate his handing over of Jugurtha (likely), or the monument that Marius constructed to honor his victory over Jugurtha (unlikely). It's mentioned in Plutarch and summed up in this article on JSTOR: http://www.jstor.org/stable/4436575

The Musei Capitolini website identifies it as the Monumento di Bocco. It has few, very small pictures of it available online, but the website crawls.
