I have some Holger Ratsdorf plates and are very good. There are some concesions, as to make some pieces casted instead stamped.
I have some Armillum plates and are very good, and cheap. Probably the look is a little modern, "too much good make".
But, in my opinion, the best option now is the plates by Nodge Nolan, available in Armamentaria (Peronis shop). There are very nice, reasonabily cheap and close to the originals.
