Milan Coliseum re-opens

I'm glad there is at least some reconstruction of Roman remains going on in Italy. Last I heard was that due to the number of sites and general lack of money (it's a recession, after all), many monuments were in a sad state of repair. Take Pompeii, for instance..<br>
Of course, I realise that Milan is in what is considered the 'wealthier' part of Italy?<br>
