Actually, the Di Caprio film (the one directed by Baz Luhrmann) will apparently focus on Alexander's relationship with his "friend" Hephaestion- at least that is according to the Yahoo movie guide which you can read here:[url=http://movies.yahoo.com/shop?d=hp&cf=prev&id=1808402868&intl=us" target="top]Alexander the Great film[/url]<br>

I think that is all covered in the Manfredi novels upon which this film version is based (I haven't read them myself). I don't know about Stone's version though.<br>
