Here's a photo of Asellina at the Univ of Penn archaeology museum opening last march. After looking through AT Croom's book she sewed using gap sleeve tunics. You can see the yellow underneath that she sewed; the 'buttons' are actually gathered fabric sewed into a button shape. The green over tunic is from LaWrensNest and has actual buttons for it's gaps. Both are linen.<br>
