Early 2nd AD Pugio Reconstruction ?

Ad ha Crispvs that was one of the reasons I pmd you Wink So I did some research I had made the Copthall court Pugio years ago which has the raised dots, now I looked into these type of scabbard and found plain as well as dot punched,

This is the one I made for a customer.

So I had a choice I went with the plain because to me the dot punch scabbard with Pugio looked closer to 3rd AD  but some of the Kunzing hoard shows without dot punch Undecided So I went with the fact earlier 1st AD open frame scabbards even decorated ones had no dots on. I did a best guess Smile
