LARP-Pilum for combat displays
#3
We made also training diplays with our fellow roman groups, especially with cavary.
For sure was roman army life a boring as for any other regular army at any times most times.
It is not that we want to fufill spectors dreams of blood and gore but recreate the use of the germanic wall in Kalkriese. It will be more of a experiment to get a slight idea of what might happend there. For this we need at least some of the realistic factors (in this case in what formation was ist possible to produce a pila salvo). Of course we need some eyecandy too.
