Hello,Tim
As has been said the deepeeka corinthian can be used for early or even middle 5th century. If you ask me,it isn't very accurate but to the basic characteristics: Pointy cheek pieces, nasal and eye holes, ridge around the head that become pointy in front... Unfortunately we re-enactors have to bear with it till a better solution apears,or go for a more expensive way.
I don't know how much research you did,but it's simply coincidence the fact that those with corinthian ones are nude. The only possible explanation is that the corinthian was developed through ages(at least 3 centuries) and was very common. So often heroes were depicted in them, thus the nudity. Even in roman times heroes were some times shown with corinthian helmets. If you still have doubts,i can show you dozens of photos with very well armoured and dressed hoplites with corinthian helmets.
And at last, here are two photos.

In this one,the corinthian in the photo in about the middle, the one between the Kegel and the Illyrian one,is a corinthian with ear holes in the Olympia museum. Sorry,i don't have a clearer photo at hand.
