So this debate is stalled with about half the respondents saying no and the other half saying yes.
Unfortunately, it appears some those posting on this thread seem to have a personal agenda. Personal agendas are good as they help you to focus, but here they seem to cloud the question.
I really don't care if RAT established a list or not, but as an organization which is respected by the Roman community, it seems logical that they should have a source listing for all known groups.
