Insurance is a MUST not only for participants but also to protect the public. In the UK we have to have "Public Liability Insurance" - Is there something similar in Greece?
Also I have come up with a few things which may help to start formalise the structure of those taking part and therefore give the Event more Kudos with the Authorities. If we show we are taking it seriously and not using the event for a mass Hoplite punch up then we start to pave the way for other such events - no??
