HEADQUARTERS HOTEL: We have a reserved block of rooms booked at a discounted rate of $59/night. There are 5 rooms reserved for Thursday and 15 rooms for Friday and Saturday. The hotel is just a few blocks from the park. We can get more rooms if neccessary! Rooms will sleep 4, so do your best to maximize them.
You must tell them you are part of the Roman Army Festival Event. They should have a code for us by monday, and the first few guys had issues with the desk not being aware yet, so you may want to wait a few days to book. I will update you ASAP. This is a great rate at a very nice hotel!
