I know that the plate must be hammered. There is no problem to be produce steel matrix (for this plate modeland) and to make them on the hammering method. But for now I have not gathered enough information for the QUALITY and CORRECT image reproduction. The exact measurements. A production of the steel matrix is very difficult and COSTLY!

I have no information whether this model of a plate is from cast metal or is punching.(the one who I'm recreate) the other two on the right are hammered. Brass casting. Plate thickness 1.5 mm, The width of the plate is 35 mm ,the length of the plate is 48 mm.Width of the buckle is 48 mm.

Sulpicius I just can not stop make them .
Cingulum buckles are very beautiful piece of Roman military equipment. It is a great pleasure to me ,to create them in the most accurate way.
