Hi, I have posted some pictures of the front and back plates of some newly discovered though typical Thracian armour in the photos section of the new Thracian Yahoo! Group [url:260am9ma]http://groups.yahoo.com/group/thracians[/url]
Cheers,

No, Celtic swords are relatively common throughout Bulgaria, if their distribution in museums is anything to go by.
Celtic swords are a common component of finds of burials of the Padea-Panagjuriski Kolonii group, which represent the Dacian warrior elite of the 2nd C. BC - 1st C. AD and are found in numerous sites above and below the Danube in Bulgaria.

He had with him the selfsame rifle you see with him now, all mounted in german silver and the name that he\'d give it set with silver wire under the checkpiece in latin: Et In Arcadia Ego. Common enough for a man to name his gun. His is the first and only ever I seen with an inscription from the classics. - Cormac McCarthy, Blood Meridian
