this is a my reproduction of a roman cavalary sword,the blòade is in carbon steel c70 whit 55hrc of heardness,the handle in ivory of reindeer.

hello
this will be used for cavalary demonstrations so will have a sharp edge..in the photo an other cavalary sword that I finish today.

I think she has her eye on the one that sits in the bottom of our cavalry box at LEG II AVG and never gets used, along with the Peter Connolly saddle.But that is a good substitute.

And yes Kevin, I covert the Legio II Augusta sword more than the saddle!
There are plans afoot :wink: but I do need to get a new horse as well :roll:
