Segmentata metal guage - dengland - 08-17-2010

Any suggestion on what guage metal is appropriate for an accurate representation. 16 or 18?

Some lames have reportedly been found that were 20 or 22 ga.

If you're going to use one thickness, 18 gauge is a decent average. You can use 16 on the shoulders if you go with 20 ga on the girdle sections. But there was some variation!

Happy armoring!
