Don't have youth hostels kinda lecture rooms as well? You could ask them, too if we all decide to stay there. Then it would be as convenient as last year with the lecture rooms at the IBIS Hotel.

May be that they also have a lecture room in the Youth Hostel.
But first we have to decide: Is it now Windisch and if yes, when will we meet there

Damn, I can't believe we missed this poll...
Alas, now noone of the Belgian Legio XI CPF will be able to attend the RAT conference this year, but I hope the people who can go have a very good time.
