Recreating a Centurion - Julius Caesar Augustus - 05-11-2008 I am brand new to Re-enactment and have very few ideas on how to go about this. Any idea/suggestion on how to build a personation of a Roman Equestrian Centurion stationed in Brittania? Not sure which time period this would fall under though....... Re: Recreating a Centurion - jvrjenivs - 05-11-2008 Maybe you can look at Chris Haynes (Ermine street guard) Wim van Broekhoven (Corbvlo) Or the stele in the imagebase on the main site... Re: Recreating a Centurion - Marcus Mummius - 05-11-2008 Here's a better picture of Wim's excellent impression of Quintus Sertorius Festus, a centurio of the glorious Legio XI (with his nice Lauersfort phalerae). Legio XI was never stationed in Britannia, though. Vale, Re: Recreating a Centurion - Luca - 10-18-2008 Here is me: http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.c ...
