WOW, that is great news indeed! At least that is one mayor hurdle taken. A tip, perhaps, taking a morgage on the land will help finace some of the initial building costs. However, that is what killed Archeon, as the bank wanted more security, so the municipality aggreed that the land could be used for housing should Archeon fail. Well, needless to say, that deal was suficient reason for the bank to first over-finance and then pull the plug. Archeon actually did very, very well in the beginning, but just not well enough ...
