I am currently outright banning all domains that spawn spammers, if they're not used by legit RAT users. I believe it helps, a bit anyways...

How about if we require new members to complete a suitable profile before senior management allows them to post?
I doubt most spammers would take the time to do a decent job, and senior managers would be more able to determine who to allow to post, and who should get canned/sacked! Ohhh, ohh, let me help do it! (sound of axe being sharpened on grinding stone) *g* Seriously, I'd be glad to help screen & pass or pitch. |
