Hi,
I'm a newbie!
Here's some of my artwork. Please know that I reserve the right of artistic license. My intention is to make art. I do my best, so please don't hit me over the head for any/all my historical inaccuracies. I hope you like them.

First is a bronze of Alexander, second is a Trojan helmet,
and the third is King Leonidas.

Well it seems we get the attention of the international audience if I judge from Leonidas bronze statue.
I would truly appreciated if dcooper wants to tell us the source of his info on doing this bronze statute. It is very accurate. fantastic work!

Thanks for the warm welcome and the kind words.

The King Leonidas sculpture was commissioned to help fund an archeological expedition to Greece 2008. There will be only 50 cast.

It will be available at www.300spartanwarriors.com beginning this week. There's some great info about the expedition on the site. John Trikeriotis can answer any questions about who's leading the expedition and their goals. I'm really honored to be able to be a part.

I am also working on a full Royal Spartan Helmet right now.
Here's more pictures of the sculpture.

I think you have captured a Leonidas as "He might have been".
Ever thought making pewter copies so that miniture or vigniete modelers attempt to paint it?

Kind regards

Hi. I'm KLA. I'm a new member here. This is my first post on this forum. I'm skinner/modeller of Rome Total War modding from Poland (sorry for my English).

I like Johny Shumate's artworks. The Philipus cavarly and Alexandrian phalangites is the best, I think:
