One piece bronze Archaic Corinthian by Matt Lukes
Yes, I do plan to have it lined with something.

Take a look at the pic below and note the rivets, as we are not making an artifact replica rather I want to present this as it was when it was in use I am considering adding rivets, or not.

I like the rivets. I can see that you took some inspiration for the shape of the skull from this example, too, which looks great.
Rivets would hold the leather in better, and be resistant to cuts longer.

Rivets are nicer, very frequent in antiquity and rarely represented by reenactors. It's only a question of having the armourer do much-much more work, and getting paid for it!

Wow, very, very nice.

I see what you mean, but it almost looks like an image of a half helmet split down the middle and flipped to creat a whole one. The exact markings holes, dirt and all, look to be identical from top to bottom.

Here's what I do with my stuff.

The display was at a recent conference of Greek and Latin teachers.

The other pics are from the Penn Museum of Archaeology.

The Archaic Corinthian and Negau are by Matt Lukes, the Boeotian is from Suhel and the Boars Tusk is by Matt Poitras. Due to certain religious sensitivities among the student body here in Philadelphia I decided not to use real boar tusk.
