As the York Roman Festival has moved its event to the 26-28th October from the 27-29th July, we will be having a 'launch' event this weekend in York on the Saturday and Sunday. Various events will be held including Kids Battle Drills and Marches around the City (Brennius, if your coming down get some comfy caligae Big Grin ) and a Living History Camp at the side of the Library in town. This will be hosted by the Legio IX Hisp with some of the guys from the VII from up North.

Dates changed.....thats the worse excuse I have heard for not wanting to march and march and march and march (ad nauseum) and drink and drink and drink Big Grin
