Hello Folks.
As some of you may know I have kept the original artworks from my series of Osprey Roman Military Clothing books. Together with more recent paintings they form an exhibition of 28 paintings.
I am keen that they should be displayed in as many places as possible, especially somewhere with Roman connections, however that is not essential as the exhibition deals with textiles and fashion as well.
Therefore I am open to suggestions as to where they can be displayed but it would be a great help, in particular in venues outside the UK if there was someone local who could help organise things. If anyone is willing to assist, please send me a PM and I can send them further details.
So far the exhibition has been at the Grosvenor Museum, Chester; The Archaeological Museum, Durham, Vindolanda Museum and The Museu Du Historia, Tarragona.
