We al know gladius scabbards decorated like this.

Are there any artifacts of pugio scabbards with that kind decoration in the upper part of it.

In a word: no. At least, not that we know of, although there is one Iberian example I know of which appears to have gamma shaped cutouts such as are found on some sword scabbard locket plates.
